Imo State Police rescued a four-year-old boy and arrested two suspects, Joy Ugwu and Rosella Michael, during a failed ₦2.7 million sale in Owerri on April 14. The boy, abducted in Abuja while hawking vegetables, was brought to Owerri by the suspects before their arrest.
