BREAKING: Ladoja To Be Enthroned As The 44th Olubadan— Date, Venue

The Olubadan-designate, Oba Rasidi Ladoja, is set to ascend the revered throne as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland during a grand coronation ceremony scheduled for Friday, September 26, 2025.

His nomination received the blessing of the Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, following a courtesy visit by a state delegation to the Bodija residence of the monarch-in-waiting and the Olubadan-In-Council.

Confirming the development, Adeola Oloko, media aide to the Olubadan-designate, said all is now set for the historic occasion.

“Oba Ladoja will be enthroned as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland on Friday, September 26, 2025.

“The ceremony is billed for the ancient Mapo Hall in Ibadan, the state capital.”

This comes after Ladoja’s earlier meeting with the kingmakers at his residence on Tuesday.
