Ekeremmadu’s Son Weds While Father Still In UK Prison, Netizens React
Prominent Nigerian politicians graced the wedding of Lloyd Ike Ekweremadu Jnr, son of former Deputy Senate President Senator Ike Ekweremadu, and his partner, Tiffany, in Abuja Saturday.
Lloyd and Tiffany tied the knot at the Basilica of Grace Anglican Church, Gudu District, Abuja.
The wedding was attended by top chieftains of both the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Anyim Pius Anyim; former Senate Presidents, David Mark and Bukola Saraki as well as the PDP governorship candidate in Kogi State, Senator Dino Melaye; Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu; Ebonyi State Governor, Francis Nwifuru, and Minister-designate, Senator David Umahi, were all present at the ceremony.
Reacting to the son’s wedding, social media users has condemned the development noting the parents present situation, while some suggested it should have been done behind closed doors.
