BREAKING: Emir of Zazzau, Alhaji Idris is dead

One of the oldest and top ranking traditional rulers in Nigeria, Emir of Zazzau, Alhaji Shehu Idris, is dead
Alhaji Shehu Idris died at the age of 84.
According to a family source, Alhaji Shehu died at the 44 Army Reference Hospital, Kaduna at about 12 noon on Sunday, 20 August 2020.
Before his death, the Emir celebrated 45 years on the throne in February this year. He ascended the throne at 36 years old.
