2Baba and Mother Reunite Following Missing Person Report and Marriage Speculations

Innocent Idibia, known as 2Baba, has reunited with his mother, Mrs. Rosemary Idibia, after months of public distress and rumors about his relationship with Honourable Natasha Osawaru. The reunion marks a turning point following a period when the family declared the singer missing.
Mrs. Rosemary Idibia had earlier appealed to the public in a heartfelt video, urging Natasha Osawaru to “release” her son, suggesting he was in a difficult situation. The family’s lawyer filed a petition with the DSS on February 7, 2025, reporting 2Baba missing since February 10, after he left home dressed casually and did not return.
Recent social media videos show 2Baba, his mother, and Natasha Osawaru together, sharing moments of joy and family bonding. Natasha was seen interacting with 2Baba’s younger family members, signaling acceptance and harmony.
2Baba confirmed his relationship with Natasha Osawaru after announcing his separation from his wife Annie Idibia. He said, “Yes, I love her. She’s amazing, she’s cool. I want to marry her,” emphasizing that Natasha was not involved in his marital issues.
Earlier this year, 2Baba proposed to Natasha publicly, and she updated her Instagram profile to reflect their union. Despite the reunion and public displays of affection, the couple has yet to release further comments on their relationship or the family’s earlier concerns.
