Alleged Threat: We’re Looking Into Tiwa Savage’s Petition Against Davido – Police

The police are currently investigating the complaint filed by Nigerian singer and songwriter Tiwa Savage regarding alleged bullying and threats to her life by Davido, a Grammy nominee.

The Command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed this information on Wednesday.

”I can confirm that we received the petition. We have began investigation,” he said

In the petition addressed to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, Mr. Adegoke Fayoade, Tiwa Savage accused Davido of using disrespectful language in response to a post that included herself and Davido’s baby mama, Sophia Momodu, on Instagram.

Tiwa Savage warned that Davido should be held accountable if any harmful or adverse actions were to occur to her or any member of her family.
